Disclaimer: Morris Wellness, LLC and Dr. Nichole Morris cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions or negative side effects you believe are the result of a product. Purchasing a product from Morris Wellness, LLC does NOT enter you into a doctor/patient/client contract with Dr. Nichole Morris. Please check with your doctor before taking any nutritional supplement and to verify appropriate dosing. We recommend that you seek the guidance of your healthcare professional if you have questions or concerns, before purchasing any product.
RETURNS:
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and it is our desire to provide the highest quality customer service possible. If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately at hello@shopdrmorris.com or 586-422-1032.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed, we will be unable to issue a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, with the safety-seal intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your package is lost in shipping, Morris Wellness, LLC is not responsible.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shopdrmorris.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you receive the wrong item, we will ship you the correct item at no additional cost to you.
If the product you received is damaged or defective, we will ship you a replacement at no additional cost to you.
If you would like to exchange a product, you will need to return the unopened product for a refund and place a new order for the product you would like in exchange.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item, unless the refund was due to defects or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for exchanged product to reach you will be variable based on your shipping location.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service on all returned product. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or missing refunds
If you are expecting a refund that hasn't arrived yet, please first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company. It can take up to a week for your refund to be posted. If it has been over a week, please contact your bank.
